Jim Eades
President

Formerly an artist and sculptor, a young Jim Eades did not foresee owning a roofing and construction company. His appreciation for building, as well as working outdoors led him to work for a friend in the trade. In 1977, Jim founded HOPE, a company that genuinely reflects his own values, especially integrity, hard work, and quality. As president, Jim monitors daily operations in addition to developing HOPE’s construction division. When he is not guiding activities at HOPE, Jim can be found tending the plants in his garden, soaking up the sunshine in Mexico, or spending time with family and friends.

Marsha Eades
Vice President

For the past 31 years, Marsha Eades has operated HOPE alongside her husband, Jim. In addition to providing executive support, Marsha's primary responsibility is to manage the Port Townsend office. At heart, Marsha is a people person, which is reflected in the friendly and fun atmosphere at HOPE. Marsha thoroughly enjoys getting to know HOPE's customers, many of whom become friends! HOPE keeps Marsha busy, but in her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with family and friends, and learning to dance salsa and swing with Jim.

Joab Eades
Office Manager, Kitsap County

Joab is responsible for managing the overall flow and process of operations in Kitsap County. He also ensures quality control on all HOPE installations. Joab started his roofing career at the age of 14, performing tear-offs and clean-up. In 2000, Joab begin working with HOPE as a laborer and moved up to roofer, foreman, salesperson, and to his current position as Kitsap Office Manager. Joab loves to spend his time outdoors, where he hikes, hunts, camps, or just enjoys the scenery.

Aaron Eades
Roofing Estimator, Kitsap County

As estimator, Aaron’s responsibilities include inspecting, estimating, bidding, and project management. He strives to provide great service to customers and maintains excellent relationships between HOPE and its vendors. The oldest of his siblings, Aaron began roofing at the age of 16. Later, he worked for HOPE in between missionary trips and during college. In his free time, Aaron enjoys a good game of poker, as well as golf and football games. He is also an avid traveler.

Steve Ford
Sales Manager, Jefferson County

Steve oversees the roofing division in Port Townsend. On any given day, you might find Steve inspecting, estimating, providing project management, and ensuring quality on all of HOPE’s installations. Steve is the most experienced of the HOPE crew, having worked in the roofing industry for 36 years. He began roofing with HOPE in 1996.

Zach Eades
Construction Management and Sales, Jefferson County

As Construction and Sales Manager, Zach is responsible for bidding construction projects and overseeing construction operations. Zach began his career with HOPE at the age of 13, performing job clean-up, and later progressing to roof tear-offs. After high school, Zach worked in construction in Seattle. He returned to Port Townsend, and to HOPE, in 2003, to help Jim manage HOPE’s construction division and oversee the development of Louisa Street Estates. In his spare time, Zach is on the green, traveling to new places, or relaxing with fishing pole in hand.
